Oh man, those weapons are sick. Maybe they'll be greens in a Canthan "Sorrow's Furnace" as an elite quest for all Factions players. As for some of the concept monster arts, I wonder if some of them will be on Nightfall.

This is better then the ingame stuff.

Why did this never take form?... It looks 1000x better then the 15k Kurzick.

Heres another thing, a possible landmark. Landmarks were definitly lacking in Factions... In Prophecies you had stuff like Anvil Rock and what not.

Flesh Golems look so much better standing up.

Those were frikkin incredible. All the stuff looks even better than in the game. Half the weapons they drew and posted... well, I'd pay ALOT to get my hands on any of those.

why doesn't some of the "better"-looking ones doesn't get implimented?
perhaps just taking a personal guess here, but being in the same line of work;

it happens very often that when you try to do a pitch of a concept you personally love and spent so many hours refining and doing countless studies of ... that it just gets shot down completely and mercilessly by your client (or team boss)

the ratio of approved and disapproved designs is not even funny, but that's just the way it is.

Because of Time Constraints, Deadlines, and limits of what can be done. Some of those are REALLLY complex designs. It would take them too long to add some in with the short amount of development time they have.

The Lead Art Director gets the HARD job of what to add.

Um people, those arre the full glory of the art. Ingame skins cannot be as detailed without severe taxing of the graphics boards. This is why I have all the art books
